Join the HEART Group: Healing, Educating, and Abolishing Racial Trauma

Led by Kimberly Reese, the HEART Group is a transformative 6-week journey designed for Black individuals seeking healing, connection, and growth in the face of racial trauma. With a small, intimate group size of 8-12 participants, this closed group provides a powerful space for personal reflection and collective healing.

What to Expect:
  • Empowerment & Resilience Building: Learn strategies to build resilience, practice self-compassion, and empower yourself to navigate racial trauma.

  • Safe Space for Validation & Connection: Connect with others who understand your experience in a safe, non-judgmental environment where your voice is heard and your feelings are validated.

  • Education & Coping Strategies: Gain valuable education on the effects of racial trauma and develop practical coping tools that support healing and long-term mental well-being.

 

This is your opportunity to join a supportive community, engage in deep healing, and find the strength to move forward.

Cultivating Main Character Energy

Camille is offering a group experience this fall called Cultivating Main Character Energy the group is limited to 10 Black women, the vision is that participants would collectively step into knowing, honoring, and growing in their  own unique stories to gain confidence, healing, and clarity. 

What's included in each session:

Each session will include grounding and mindfulness skills, along with an experiential activity to help deepen and illuminate our individual and collective wisdom. Shared reflection will foster continued insight and connection. In between sessions will be opportunities for the work to be integrated.
